Plan b

Ok so i took plan B on the 20th June and I had the usual symptoms such as nausea, headaches and what not.. I got a bleed/ period 13 days later that lasted 7 days... It was like my normal period but I'm obviously still worried... Does this mean that plan b worked if I had a period? Super stressed out - thank you 😊
