Anyone feel like they get sundowners? If you don't know what that is let me explain. I've worked home health care for over five years and sundowners is when the elderly residents get extremely moody during/after the sunset. And it is so a real thing, if you've ever worked second shift at an afc, retirement, or nursing home you know. But I feel like I get sundowners. I get extremely sad and depressed then moody at the time of the sunset. Anyone else or is it just me lol.
