Pap Smear.

I'm 21, and I had the most wonderful pap experience. I've never had a pap smear done -- until today.

My FNP, was absolutely amazing. She talked me through everything because I was just a little nervous (okay, alot nervous)! She told me exactly what was going to happen, and she also stated that it should never be painful, and if it did get painful to please let her know.

She was done within 3 minutes. And we talked through the whole thing!

She did say I had some clear discharge, but that it looked normal. Then, I thanked her, and went on with my day! Haven't had any cramps, or spotting (I was told that if it did happen, that it was normal).

Just wanted to share my first time experience with y'all, because I was seriously dreading it from all the horror stories I've read.
