Leg pains in the cold, anyone else?

So for as long as I can remember my legs have always hurt during the night because they're cold! It was uncommon to have it throughout the day but those were the worst! I'd wince with every step I took, but it just got me thinking does anyone else have this problem? I don't have a lot of remedies besides wrapping my lower half in blankets til it goes away and taking a hot bath (don't usually work - when I get out I'm wet & cold - back to square one). Now that I'm getting older these are happening a lot now and they're becoming unbearable and I'm loosing so much sleep. Anyone else have any other remedies?
