Please help urgent!!!

So I woke up at 4:30 am with a dull but very painful and uncomfortable pain throughout my uterus and down my right leg. My right leg feels weak and I can feel it down to my toes I told my mom and she gave me Aleve and told me to lay down. When I laid down I could feel the pain almost pulsating from one spot. Now I'm getting chills and a bit of shortness of breath
