When I turned 5 weeks and six days

Hope this is okay to post here my baby's due in March but need some advice 3 days ago I started bleeding bright red blood that covered a pad as if u had a medium period so I changed it and then had Brown coloured blood with no more cramps I left the pad to see if more blood came but it didn't, yesterday I still had no cramps but I spotted 3 Brown dots on a pad in the morning then had nothing, today I still have no cramps and also no bleeding has anyone had a similar situation I had an ectopic in September then a miscarriage when I was a week from 3 months In January so I know what a miscarriage feels like but i also don't want to think the worse when it could be implantation anyone have any advice
