Pregnancy confusion ; facts for help

My last period was 23rd June , my cycles are quite long and irregular. Me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex three times one day before my ovulation date and he did not urinatw inbetween. I am feeling really bloated lately , huge appetite, and my breasts and nipples are sensitive and tender but only slightly. I know my body pretty well so the slightest difference I notice. I have mild cramps too occur in the same place and randomly throughout the day. Two days ago me and my boyfriend had sex and tmi but he was fingering me and it wasn't even hard and the tiniest bit of blood went on his fingers . Wondering what it is , could it be my implantation bleeding if I were to be pregnant. According to eve my period comes in one week but like I said my cycle is irregular, could I be pregnant , I'm so young aswell so not to keen on getting a pregnancy test we though I might have to?!?
