Pregnant?

So I know it's early for signs but my husband and I had sex on Tuesday and Thursday I noticed that my nipples were enlarged and really tender and now it's Saturday and they are still that way to the point that you can't even lightly finger them. What do you guys think? Pregnant or no? I can't take a test yet obviously but I am planning on it just thought I'd post in the meantime.
