I had to pee and felt a big pop.

OK so I had to pee really bad sat down and only a teaspoon came out haha and then all of a sudden I felt a big pop in my vaginal area. Nothing has come out since so it wasn't my water. I feel a lot of pressure and I am very sore down there.. did my baby just drop? Anyone experience this. This is my 3rd baby and this has never happened, Needless to say it feels like I got punched up my vagina
