Should I be worried?

My SO and I were skyping last night, and his phone suddenly hung up. I haven't been able to get ahold of him all night and I think it was just his internet connection, but I still am a little worried because usually he finds a way to text me or something if he can't from his own phone. He's like the sweetest thing in the world. Anyway, that's beside the point.

I don't know if I should be worried about this, because Skype runs on internet connection. But. He also has had issues in the past with being underweight and dehydrating quickly, and he hadn't eaten anything yesterday, either. (From what he told me). Normally I wouldn't be worried like this about his phone hanging up bc of lack of internet connection. I don't really know why I'm so worried tbh... He can take care of himself pretty well. Should I be worried...?
