Vaginal pain

This is a personal question and I know I should see a doctor, but I am having the absolute worst vaginal pain. I can feel it everywhere, in my pelvis, and around towards my very lower back. Its excruciating and I literally can't walk. It starts to spasm and it feels like I'm being stabbed. Its awful, and I go to sit on the toilet thinking maybe its bad gas, when I try to push even a little, the severe pain returns. Its been around 30 minutes consecutively, and its just now I can't even sit on the toilet to pee because my entire lower abdomen hurts so bad.
