Concerned, this has never happened.

Soo i had laparoscopic surgery on July 1st. Both of my tubes were found blocked back in November by HSG. During my surgery he said my right tube became unblocked, by the ink they shoot in, completely and that i should have no problem getting pregnant. But my left tube couldnt be opened so he just left it alone. I had my period on the 3rd just as planned, it only lasted 3 days though, it usually lasts 5. Anyway i was supposed to ovulate on the 17th. I took ovulation tests from the 13th till the 17th, all were negative. I got frustrated and decided since I've never had problems with ovulation ill just trust my body, as it showed all signs that ovulation was coming. Well the 18th i started getting cramps on my left side thinking well darn since only my right side is open. Well I've been getting light cramps on both sides ever since the 18th. Today ive felt fine except feeling nauseous. All the sudden i went to wipe and saw a small line of red blood. Like i cant even call it spotting, its almost nothing. Kept wiping and still just a small line of blood. Checked my cervix and its sorta high but super tightly closed. My period isnt due until the 3rd. Im now getting really bad cramps on my left side and my uterus just feels full like its gonna explode. Just not so sure whats going on. Wondering if anyone has had anything like this happen? I've been very worried about ectopic pregnancy with my tubes messed up. Any ideas???
