Need help

Ok ladies this is my fertile week and for the last 2 days i have been having slight cramping in my right side dh and i bd'd two days ago and tonight but the difference between the two nights was i had some cramping afterwards tonight is that a good sign i didnt track opks or anything other then my ovia app but i can usually detect since getting of bc when I ovulate what do yall think?
