Pain in ribs early pregnancy

So I'm only 5w1d pregnant and I'm having this pain pressure lose of breath type feeling near the bottom of my ribs I obviously know it isn't the baby but I had it towards the end of my last pregnancy and they took blood and said I was fine and set me home , anyone else get this so early on ? Is it just stuff making room or what ???? I had 2 miscarriages before my son so I'm freaking out right now and can't even pick my bub up cause it hurts to lift him (10kilo) ,, there is NO cramps or blood or pain anywhere near my uterus
