Glucose test

So I have my glucose test on Friday after having so many (+) in my urine, I had it done in my previous pregnancy but what I'm wondering is is if there is a way I can eat something in the morning without bringing it up on the results I really couldn't sit 3 hours again without nothing to eat, baby kicks me in the stomach and ribs when she's like "OK mam feed me now please I require your efforts of getting me ready for life outside" 😂😂 xx

I'm a hungry person I love food and not eating makes me feel sick and tired and grumpy xx
