Fetal position

So the last couple days I have been feeling a little off...like something just isn't rite and so I went on the Doppler to my little 28 week girl. Two days ago her heartbeat was jumping everywhere, yesterday it was similar but in the highs and this morning it's in the lows of 124 to 140 I know this is a good beat but she's normally in the 150, 160, also her movements have changed I normally feel her through tonight but last night she hardly moved....just a kick here or there and this morning the same, she's normally thriving in the mornings. I feel alot of pressure down below she is head down as her heartbeat is under my belly button...what should I do. Is there anything to worry about or go see midwives xx
