Surgeries for and after delivery.

So I am 22 weeks 5 days pregnant and already talking surgeries with my OB and primary doctor. :( so what is going on is one as in a car accident And upon getting examined after they discovered I have gallbladder disease (which explains all my issues before and during pregnancy). It is swollen and has gallstones. But that's not all! I'm the same side my kidney is also extremely swollen! Which explains more things before and during pregnancy. So my doctor was talking about removing my gallbladder after I deliver and in a few weeks if my kidneys swelling doesn't go down we would discuss options including surgery since it would be proven to be not pregnancy related. But yet again, that's not all. I went to my OB and I told her what my doctor was saying. And then I had a discussion with her that is my baby keep a growing like my first (i make big boys. Baby #1 was 10lb 10oz whereas my daughter baby #2 was only 7lb 14oz son i had her vbac) then I will need a csection. So that's like 3 surgeries in a row! We are talking about months of recovery and employment loss. I am at a loss. I don't know what to do. Not only that, I had goals and plans. My husband and I have been married for 7 years, one as going to get for and go on our honeymoon in Jamaica (we never had one) 5 months after I deliver and in a wedding just 2 months later. Now I don't know if I will have funds for either or even to live. And I don't know if I can meet my fitness goals or if I am going to be majorly set back. So much going on.
