Positions

I'm new on here and this is my first post. I'm 23 now n have wanted a baby since I was 16. I grew up practically raising my 6 younger sibling and have always wanted a baby. Iv been with the same guy for 6 years n married almost a year. And although I'm very happy with him, I'm missing somethin. The baby love. So I was wondering if there is a position that will help you get pregnant? My mom told me to stand on my head after sex to help them work there way up to my uterus. Iv seen ppl do that on TV so I tried that the first time last night. But I was curious on if there was some magical position that would help. Any ideas?
