CA laws-- Drug testing new borns??

I been smoking mj I'm 33weeks I was having trouble keeping the food so only this would make me control my nausea and vimiting I stop 2 weeks ago I been having problems eating I have anemia now and also dehydrated, I eat a candy today does anyone knows if the baby's are drug tested when there borns?? And what can happen ? I live in yuba county
