Bottle feeding advice?

During hot weather last week my 3wk old went from drinking 2oz every 3-4hrs to 4oz every 2-3hrs. Since the weather has been a bit cooler she's gone back to 2oz. My concern is now she seems really unsettled during feeds, squirming and crying out. We started giving infacol on Saturday and swapping to mam anti colic bottles but no difference yet. Could it be she's in pain and can't drink more than 2oz? It's awful seeing her look so miserable during feeding time :(

In heat babys. Eat more since its comforting and helps them to stay more hydrated

Nice! Yeah babies are weird. Mine will eat big bottles all day and then be squirmy and unsettled between 8-11 and just have 1-2oz, every 30 min or so broken up. So annoying, but I looked at my sons book and he did the exact same thing until about 2 months old.

Could also be a food intolerance to .something youre eating when breastfeeding.

This is my situation now.  He would drink anywhere from 3-4 oz every 2-3 hrs and now he won't take more than 2 oz and goes 3.   Maybe it was a growth spurt?  I never know how much to make the bottles bc he either eats it all or hardly anything.

My baby doesn't have it, but you might want to look into reflux. I saw a few YouTube videos detailing it and this sounds a little similar. Hope you figure it out! My son has terrible gas and strains constantly. I'm STILL trying to find a solution, so I feel you!

Is she drinking it really fast? How often do you burp? Maybe she needs a burp after the first oz or even half of if she's gulping it fast. And if that's the case maybe she's stopping at 2 if her tummy hurts... My 5 and a half week old drinks 5-6oz every 4-6 hours.

Could it have been a growth spurt? My baby goes through phases like that she's almost 8 weeks.

She may be just too hot to eat.
