Forced to separate

Me and my boyfriend have been together for four months and it wouldn't have been possible if I didn't leave my own home to go be with him. I spend a good four months with him and lived with a aunt for a while...but my boyfriends father back stabbed me and my aunt did too.... so now I'm forced to go home. Not see him anymore....still keep in contact but it's when he can... through other people's fone. His dad is childish and has his fone and tried to block all communication that I have with him. I'm 20 and he is 19, I love him so much and I WILL NOT LET GO! what do I do ? I'm going crazy and miss him so much....
