Should I try long distance?

So me & this boy have been talking for 10 months now & he is everything I could ever want, we r also eachothers first love, we didn't wanna "make it official" because I was moving but since I moved MILES & MILES away from him 2 weeks ago & he was going off to college we had a talk about what r we gonna do since I'm moving but him going to college is not the problem because he is very faithful & has been hurt many times because of it & he told me he doesn't want anyone else & I don't either  or we also said it's okay & we can just b friends but if we start taking to soneone else we r gonna feel some Type of way but I noticed that he really doesn't wanna do that..me personally I don't have the cleanest record of being loyal in the past🙄& he knows but I have been 100% loyal to him if we do this long distance relationship I will be loyal i just don't know if I can keep it up😭
