High pitched click/crack sound coming from bump every now and Then?

Has anyone experienced a high pitched click every now and then coming from their bump? I've heard it a few times now and it's just a single click which sounds like a knuckle crack or your nails clicking together. Just wondering if anyone else has had this as I can't find any information on it?
