Help please!

I have used natural progesterone cream for 5 months prior to concieving. I just found out yesterday and called my Dr today. She said continue using what I have been until the 8 week appt when she will check the levels. I have only been using about 1/6 tsp per day. I was working on weening myself off. Has anyone been in this position. I feel like I should maybe increase to 1/4 tsp per day to make sure, but I don't know.
