My daughter is now four but it has helped a lot! You just have to get used to it and wear it religiously

I wore a waist clincher about 2-3 days after birth starting off slow for about an hour until I was able to wear it to sleep all day long even! It really helped me go back to my small figure. This was way before all the hype, actually something my mom recommended that she's done for all four kids.

I just tied a big scarf flat around my belly. Im pretty thin already but it did go back to normal very quickly
