I AM SCARED PLS HELL

okay so, i have one sexual partner( my only sexual partner ive ever had). we have been dating for a little over a year, we are in love. we have both been tested and we are both clean, i know i dont have anything but i saw some very tiny little specks of like a whiteish yellow, like the side area below my clit. i think its always been there, like maybe its just how my vagina looks? they are not bumps, just little like specks. i only noticed it when (this is EMMBARRASING) i pulled on my vagina lips to shave down there. i know i am clean but i'm getting very very scared that it is herpes or something. i'm going to set up a gyno appointment to see if its anything. its strange. i know my boyfriend never cheats on me or anything like that. so i know I couldn't have anything. has any other girl experienced this? i have really bad anxiety so please any stories or anything would really help calm me down. (i dont mean to sound rude but please dont tell me to get tested, i know. i am going to as soon as possible) i'm just really panicking. and i need to calm down really badly!!!
