Induced tomorrow, posterior baby

Cortney • Hi everyone, as you know my name is Cortney, I`m 26. Having a baby!!!!
Getting induced tomorrow and I'm 40w 5d. I've been dilated a 3 and 50% for three weeks. Doctor walked in the room today and said"why are you here" (meaning why haven't we delivered a baby). Well am I supposed to know why.... So she then says "let's see why", and she checks me. Apparently the baby is posterior, meaning he is facing towards my belly and he is supposed to face my back. She's still going to induce in the AM. Told me to get on my hands and knees all day today. Anyone else have this problem? Did anything help? I heard it makes labor worse.
