Help.

Okay so I am honestly going insane and I am alone in a new city without my family or friends for a month. I have been here since July 3rd and I have had my period three times now in one month! I don't know why. And I have been on the same pill since September so this shouldn't be happening. I don't know what to do and I have no one to really talk to about it. I just feel like crying...
