Exercise ball and cerclage?
Hello all I am 17w1d currently and had a cerclage placed at 13 weeks, due to incompetent cervix and premature labor, and was just wondering if any of you ladies ever had a cerclage and were allowed to use an exercise ball to help ease back pain. I have a call into my doc but they haven't gotten back to me yet so I was just curious if anyone else had this same situation.
