Bikini Area: Epilator

I honestly have no clue where else to post this topic! (Sorry not totally a TMI topic) But does anyone use an Epilator? I have the worst bikini area and have tried EVERYTHING except purchasing an Epilator. If anyone has one that they use and really works, (and if they actually work) please let me know!

Also, besides using an Epilator, does anyone have any other tips on how to keep your bikini area looking nice? I have ingrown hairs and really thick hair that goes out pretty far (farther than your average bikini line)
