Switch ob offices

Is it wrong to wanna switch on offices and where I'm gonna deliver because I don't like that I don't get to see my baby for the first time until 20 weeks. That's mostly the reason why I wanna change but also because I would rather go to the hospital where I was born and not the one that has a rap sheet for being shitty. I'm not sure how the on department is at that hospital but I know people say the hospital is crap and I've been there a few times and can agree. But I just feel that even if I switch that it will still be til 20 weeks when I see baby for the first time. Currently 12 weeks today.. Am I selfish for wanting to move for that reason?
