No heartbeat at 11 weeks ?

They didn't try to hear it & they only did the scan over the belly & couldn't SEE the hb but tried to pick up a rate and nothing. They didn't try to hear it and didn't try a transvaginal. Is this normal? Or should I be expecting the worse? 😞

I had an ultrasound yesterday at 11w1d and they didn't see the heartbeat either. It only measuring at 9 weeks and my previous US measured on time so I knew what that meant. Did they say what it was measuring at and was this ur first US?  It's was very easy to see if the heart is beating at my 7w US and I even have a uterus that's tilted backwards which makes it harder. I will pray you don't end up having to go through what I am right now.

Sorry for your loss. I miscarried at home last month.  Caught little one into my hands and I felt quite blessed that I got to hold it and had a chance to say goodbye. I had a d&c years ago after bleeding in the early days of pregnancy and it was too cold and clinical - and I was on a ward with girls who had had abortions.  I felt really closure this time.  Speak to your midwife.

Baby's gone..checked again today. Said I lost baby at 8 weeks 4 days? I just realized that now today I'm 11 weeks 4 days 💔 I wanna schedule a d&c before I miscarry. I can't have it happen at my own home I'm too heartbroken to watch.

I had this too ....I went for scan at 10 weeks did they check oxygen in the cord as this is done on a belly scan ...unfortunately mine showed non 😢 I'm sure they will scan you again in a week or two ? Big hugs xxx

Do you have another scan booked, if not got for a private scan to reassure yourself, don't do anything your not happy with and go with your instincts, I used a Doppler when I first found out as my scan was ages away and I'm now 28 weeks xx
