I totally tried to get it to where you could see these little clearing white bumps but I have a patch of them on my finger.. There's about 12-15 clear tiny bumps on this one finger.. I can't pop them and it's dry in that patch. Anyone know what it is?

I used to get those, and now I have eczema on my hands, face, leg, and behind my ear. Make an appointment to see a dermatologist. And if you can't get into one, even a family doctor might be able to prescribe something. My mom gets the bumps all the time but has never developed the full problem, so I let mine go because I didn't know what was going to happen.

It could be a number of dermatological things. I have something similar and its dermatitis. Try some hydrocortisone cream and make an appointment with a dermatologist if it's bothering you.
