Blocked Tear Ducts

Is anyone else newborn dealing with blocked tear ducts? What are you doing to help it ? It's so frustrating I really don't like seeing my baby like this. She isn't crying or hurt from it but it just looks like it's messing with her. Doctor gave me ointment which wasn't seeming to be working. But my stepmother told me to use my breast milk and it actually is working better than the ointment. And faster.
