Sex after birth

I gave birth a little over two weeks ago. My stitches are gone. Wound is closed. The only thing i am afraid of is pregnancy. Can i use a condom? Can i take plan B? What have u ladies done? I can't have my SO wait anymore. During my pregnancy i had no sex drive so we haven't done anything since January. Also how accurate is the pull out method? I want to have safe sex. Any advice would be greatly appreciated 😊
