Vivid dreams about having twins 😳

So I am currently 7 weeks and 2 days pregnant with my husband and I's first baby. I haven't had my first ultrasound yet, but did have my OB appointment and they confirmed I'm pregnant. Anyways! So since getting pregnant I have had VIVID dreams about being pregnant with twins.... My husband and I don't have twins in our family lines that we are aware of, however I am beyond freaked out about having more than one baby at a time. I know it would be an even bigger blessing but I can shake the dreams. Have you or someone else you've known had these kinds of dreams this early on? Am I just losing my mind over nothing?
