Back to work with a sleepless baby
I've been back to work no to two weeks and my baby is almost 4 months old. Before I went back to work she was sleeping 7-9 hours straight at night. Now she is up every hour to two hours and I'm getting no sleep along with my little one. I feel like I have a newborn again! Anyone else dealing with this once they're back at work?
