Maybe something along these lines with alterations? I think those are a little too set for a child's birthday party. It's all about proportions.

Why not wear something cute and kid-friendly..? These are so heavy and dark and revealing. 😳 Like ballet Barbie goes to a funeral or something, idek. Which is cool for Halloween, but not so much at a little girl's event. I feel like you're going to scare away your guests, literally. Personally, I would find something pink or white, and much more covered up. Something your own age, but also fun and fitting. 
Ultimately you will do what you want but you asked for our opinions and that's just what I think personally. 😁
