This cramps are killing me!!!

So i started my period and the pain was just unbelievable! I could not sleep and i was kinda cold and i just felt like was breathing to hard! the cramps were killing me. But i finally got some sleep. I came to my mom and i told her she kinda scared me 3 weeks ago i had an accident with my boyfriend condom broke while we were having sex she told me it could be a miscarriage! The cramps are bad they come and go! How can i stop them! Its so bad i feel like crying!!!
