Need help!

So I'm currently 7 weeks pregnant and I started off with a lot of pregnancy symptoms. And now they just suddenly went away, I still have tender breast, a lot of fatigue and lower back pain. I'm afraid that something is wrong because I do have a history of miscarriage. I'm just wondering if anyone feels the same way. My next ultrasound is this Thursday but it seems so far away :(
