Cramps x40 worse 🙃🙃

I have a question... I've been to the hospital for false contractions since I'm a first time mom I don't know What's the real deal , but I'm having this bad bas bad cramps I've never felt them this strong and I can feel when they go away and come back they are painful as fking hell I swear , what can I do to know they are real contractions and not the false ones .? Should I take a bath and see if they go away .? Help pleasw 😨😨😨😨
