Please tell me how big your baby was?

I want a vaginal delivery. At what point do they make you get a c section for a baby's size? How big of a baby did you birth and how did you delivery?

I have a friend that was nearly 11 lbs, and was delivered naturally. Unfortunately, she was too big to exit her mothers pelvis safely and her arm was caught causing severe nerve damage and resulting in dramatic growth and development reduction in her right arm.

My husband was over 10 lbs and delivered naturally with zero negative consequences.

This is a better question for your doctor as we're all built differently, so what my body can safely deliver may be different from yours.

Everyone is different. Your size doesn't matter,  the babies size doesn't matter. They will only tell you to do a c-section if it's not going the way things should. Some people's vaginal canals can push out an 8lb baby, some can't. Same with a 13lb baby or even a 6lb. You never know until it happens. 😉

I delivered both my boys vaginally. 9lbs 4.6oz when I was 17 and 9lbs 10.5oz when I was 22.

I'm assuming baby three will be no less than 8 if full term, and I plan to go unmedicated/vaginal again. I've heard women tear for a five lb baby and not for a ten lb...really so many factors that determine those sorts of things.
