I had my first scan today, long story short I'm supposed to be 11 weeks but am measuring 6. The midwife remained optimistic but I'm not. There was no heartbeat. I'm wondering about miscarriages. I have never had one and am terrified. Should I try to go naturally, take medication to get things going or do a d&c. I have no experience whatsoever and could really use some advice. I have another ultrasound in one week to see if anything has changed but I am already preparing my self emotionally for the worst. Thank you in advance.
