Pregnancy Constipation

Hi, I've been having really bad pregnancy constipation where my rectum starts bleeding... It's that bad.. I was wondering if any of you have any advice on how to ease the pain or make the flow better? Any tips, ir safe natural remedies that helped you? I'm sorry if this post grosses anyone iht, but I know it's a natural thing, so I was hoping someone could help. It hasnt been this bad since high school. This is my first pregnancy, and my first doctor's appointment is on august 8th..
