Help with tampons!

Hi, I'm 15 years old but I'm not capable of putting tampons! I don't know why and I'm kinda embarrassed because all of my friends are capable..I don't know what to do! And with my sporty lifestyle It's a must-need.. could anyone please help me or give me tips..? I really don't know what to do..:( thank you
