Extremely light period (TMI)

Let me first say, because of PCOS, I'm still fairly new to the world of menstruation, despite being in my twenties.
My period started Friday, has lasted now 5 days (which is normal for me), and is EXTREMELY light! Usually, one tampon lasts me about 2-3 hours before I'm leaking. This cycle, I've worn tampons for 5-6 hours and they've had almost NOTHING on them. By this time in my cycle, I'm usually bleeding a lot, and I'm kinda freaked out because, not only am I hardly bleeding at all, but it's all mostly still the older brown blood.
Is this normal? Should I see a doctor? I know 100% that I am not pregnant.
...help...? 😂
