Question about pregnancy pains.

Ok I'm still new to everything and I'm trying to figure out what is causing this dull pain on my right side like straight down my side between my ribs and hip right in the middle I have an appointment on the 4th was wondering if I should go in sooner or wait it out because it's normal pregnancy pains which I have no knowledge of expect for what my own body is experiencing any helpful knowledge would be appreciated thank you.
