Follicle

Ok we've been ttc for a year now with doctors help. I ovulate I produce my own follicles but I think the issue are my ovaries I've had an hsg but it leaked slowly. Any who this cycle on day 3 I had a cyst in my right ovary doctor never called to explain or just to talk. Day13 my biggest follicle was a 10 on day 15 an 11. This has never happen before. Was wondering if anyone else experienced this? What was the outcome or what did your doctor say happen? Did your next cycle go well? Please help
