Issues with taint during sex?

Okay so this had never happened before until we stopped having sex for up to 3 weeks at a time! So the very lower part of my vulva, right where my taint starts keeps tearing when we have sex. It bleeds very very little and hurts to pee the next day because it's an open cut. It hurts when I sit on the toilet from having my cheeks spread. Are we just having too rough of sex after waiting? Has this ever happened to anyone before and what did you do? Thanks everyone! (:
