8dpo been super bloated...

Im 8dpo today but Ive been bloated since saturday it goes down a bit or gets real bad...when it started on saturday i couldnt even bd cus it felt uncomfortable also i took a nap that day and when i woke up i was incredibly bloated to where i felt discomfort taking a step...Im like a blowfish lol i puff up then goes down and im ok...ive been gassy, TMI alert today is the first time ive been having trouble with bowel movements...does anyone else experience this after ovulation ive never felt bloating except when AF is here and it doesnt always happen...also earlier i had white cm...
